6 Steps To Fundraising Success

Following are the simple details on how to promote your “gold” fundraising event:

  1. Contact abstractmetals.com at 888-522-6999; fundraising@abstractmetals.com, or http://www.abstractmetals.com/contact-us/.

  1. You begin by registering with us, which is FREE. Next we create a marketing campaign to let potential participants know they can get paid up to several hundred dollars for their broken, mismatched, damaged, and unwanted, real gold, silver and platinum jewelry or sterling silverware (no plated items). We then schedule a date and time and notify potential participants.

**Attendance will be limited only to those with jewelry to sell**

  1. Excited Attendees will RSVP at fundraisingrsvp@abstractmetals.com, and input the following information:
    1. Number of pieces of real, solid gold, silver and platinum jewelry or sterling silverware
    2. Karat purity (ie. 3 pieces of 14k; 1 piece of 10k)
    3. Weight in grams (if known)
    4. Name of Fundraiser Event in Subject Line

[NOTE:] It is CRITICAL that participants RSVP in order to ensure a positive turn-out and for us to know how to staff the event. We encourage you to post the event on your website and send out the event announcement with your normal mailers. RSVPs can be made via email; phone confirmation; or by signing a physical list. Emails work best for 50 year olds and under. For Seniors it is best for them to sign a physical list or confirm by telephone. The event will take place at one of your regular venues.

  1. The event will start at an agreed upon time. The guests will go to a designated area where their jewelry will be tested for purity, weighed, and valuated.

  1. After their jewelry is tested, weighed, and valuated, they will go to another designated area where payment will be disbursed.

  1. Once the event wraps-up and the numbers are calculated, your Organization will receive a donation from our company based upon a portion of the TOTAL amount of payouts to ALL participants!
